What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, please reach out to Hello@pawfectoverland.com and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order. In average packages are shipped out within 1-3 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location between 5-7 days.
What is my package is delayed or lost?
Once your order hits the road, you'll get a tracking link to follow along. Sometimes carriers hit a few bumps along the way. if your package hasn't updated or seem lost, reach out to hello@pawfectoverland.com - we'll track it down or make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. All our items are made to Order in the USA.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Please utilize our free shipping on orders above 70$.
