Thank you for shopping with Pawfect Overland! We’re excited to create products that inspire adventure and help you collect memories, not things.
Order Processing
Many of our products are made specifically for you after an order is placed through our print-on-demand fulfillment process.
Please allow:
- 2–7 business days for order processing and production
- Additional time for shipping and carrier transit
During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Time Estimates
Estimated shipping times after processing:
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited shipping (if offered at checkout): 1–3 business days
Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Actual delivery times may vary due to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- High shipping volumes
- Holidays
- Supply chain disruptions
- Incorrect shipping information
Free Shipping
Pawfect Overland currently offers:
Free shipping on orders over $60
The free shipping promotion applies automatically at checkout when eligible.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional shipping offers at any time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Order weight
- Product type
- Carrier pricing
All applicable shipping costs will be displayed before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered:
- Pawfect Overland LLC is not responsible for lost packages or delivery delays.
- Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
Pawfect Overland LLC is not responsible for:
- Delayed deliveries
- Lost packages due to incorrect customer information
- Stolen packages after confirmed delivery
If you experience delivery issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly first.
We will gladly assist where possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective item
- The wrong item
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging

International Shipping
At this time, Pawfect Overland primarily ships within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
